Research Reports
Abstracts must contain original scientific data collected by the author(s). All reports must be based on work that has already been completed. No studies “in progress” will be accepted. Any established research design or method may be used.

Submission:
All abstracts must be submitted via the abstract portal on the website. This should be limited to a maximum of 300 words and should include the following:

  • Title of abstract
  • Names and contact details of author(s) {organization, city /country, email, phone numbers, fax numbers and mailing address}. Please provide a 50-word biography of the presenting author with your abstract.
  • The abstract must include the following headings clearly: Introduction and Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References (Please provide evidence of ethical approval and funding acknowledgements if any).
  • You will be notified of receipt of your abstract by email. If you do not receive an email within few hours of submission or have any additional queries please contact, email: Congress Email

Selection Criteria
Abstracts will be evaluated through a blind review process and scored based upon the following criteria:

  • Relevance to the congress topics.
  • Scientific merit of research (including methodological rigor and contemporary contribution to knowledge).
  • Quality, clarity, and completeness of abstracts.

Once your abstract is accepted as an oral, poster or video presentation, the secretariat will contact you for further information and instruction.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make the final decision about the abstract acceptance and its scheduling into the program based on topics and time constraints.
  • The language of the conference is English.
  • Each abstract submission must indicate if the material was published or presented in any prior conferences or if it received any awards.
  • All presenters must register to attend the congress.
  • A certificate of appreciation will be given to all the presenters to honor their presentation.

I also grant and assign to the ADSCC Congress 2024 the rights to film, record, reproduce, reprint, and otherwise utilize the works, or any presentation of the works, in any media or format. Furthermore, I authorize the ADSCC Congress 2024 to use my name, likeness, photograph, and biographical data in connection with its use and promotion of the works. I understand that I will receive no royalty or other monetary compensation from the ADSCC Congress 2024 for this assignment of rights and the subsequent use of my works by the Congress.

I represent and warrant that the works are my original creation or that I have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations from any individuals or entities that may otherwise have a right, title, or interest in the works.
